You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Items must:

• Be unused
• Be in their original condition
• Include original packaging whenever possible

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized products
• Print-on-demand apparel
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Certain hygiene or personal care products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by DC Family Goods or one of our fulfillment partners.
